Executive MBA

Overview
Poznan Executive MBA Program is based on the tradition created by the Helsinki Executive MBA, which has been operating since 1989. By starting the Executive MBA Program, Poznan School of Banking has joined the international network of management training Programs comprising Executive MBA in Helsinki, Singapore, Beijin, Taiwan and Seoul.

Thanks to the international network of cooperation, the Poznan Executive MBA Program participants are allowed to attend lectures given by professors of established universities in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Finland and Germany. Such an opportunity will enhance students' understanding of international aspects of the presented issues, and English language command.

Organization of study
The Executive MBA Program at WSB lasts 2 years. The curriculum includes 26 modules. Each of them includes at least 22 hours of intensive classes giving in total more than 570 hours of lectures, classes and workshops. Some of the modules are compulsory for all Program participants and others are optional. The core courses provide for the understanding of basic management problems while elective modules give in-depth knowledge of selected specialised areas. In that way participants of the Executive MBA Program can tailor the curriculum to meet the individual needs of their job, or of their intended career path.

In order to satisfy the Program requirements each participant needs to complete 20 modules and a managerial project.
